As artists and advocates in our home city, we’ve seen firsthand how difficult it is for women and minority artists to break into the electronic music scene—especially when it comes to securing opportunities on prominent stages. We've watched immensely talented artists hit roadblock after roadblock, despite pouring countless hours into networking, emailing, and following up—only to be told “no.” This nonprofit was created as a response to that struggle. Cue Point exists to provide the platform, support, and connections that underrepresented artists need to not just survive, but thrive in their creative journeys.
